JLM Princess Reception

On June 4, the Junior League of Memphis held a Princess Reception at the Community Resource Center in honor of three lovely young ladies.

Olivia O'Keefe is the representing the Junior League of Memphis and Janie White is representing the Junior League of Memphis Garden Club on the 2017 Royal Court of Carnival. Aislinn Towne is representing the Junior League of Memphis on the court of the 2017 Germantown Charity Horse Show.

Each princess was gifted with a silver mint julep cup, engraved with her initials and the emblem of Junior League of Memphis. Carnival Memphis King Edward Dobbs and Queen Tayloe Lowrance attended the reception and presented each young lady with a coveted Carnival Memphis medallion. Also supporting the cause were Carnival Memphis President Dr. Jeff Cole and his wife, Floy; parents of the queen, Kim and Collie Lowrance; and King Dobbs' wife, Cindy. Joining them were Drew Crain, Preston Roberts and Marshall Sullivan, all members of the Loyal Order of Scarabs.

The Junior League of Memphis has been a long-time supporter of Carnival Memphis. This year's reception was coordinated by Didi Dwyer, Princess Chairman for Junior League of Memphis.
